Delivery & Shipping

We deliver to the destinations available at checkout. Some products are fulfilled by international logistics partners and may be dispatched directly from outside the United Kingdom.

Shipping charges

Standard delivery is free to the destinations currently supported at checkout. The final delivery method and any applicable information are shown before you place your order.

Delivery times

Our international fulfilment network's standard shipping route is typically estimated at 9–15 business days for many supported destinations. Some routes may be faster and some may take longer because of the destination, customs, local carriers, remote areas or the particular product.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Unless we agree a different period with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent when it becomes available. Orders containing more than one item can arrive in separate parcels if products are fulfilled from different locations.

International taxes and customs

For destinations outside the UK, import VAT, duties or customs handling charges may apply depending on local rules, order value and shipping route. Where charges are collected or included at checkout, this will be reflected in the amount shown to you. Where they are not collected by us, they may be payable by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier.

For UK orders, if a carrier unexpectedly asks you for an import charge that was not disclosed, contact us before paying it so we can investigate.
