1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Finch Comfort. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy. You can contact us at support@finchcomfort.com. We are Finch Comfort, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to order from us.

3. Products

We work to describe and picture our products accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Our products are comfort and recovery devices. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition affecting your hands, or you are unsure whether the product is suitable for you, speak to a healthcare professional first.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will tell you if this happens. All products are subject to availability.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, not when you place the order.

We may decline an order, for example where we cannot obtain payment authorisation, we suspect fraud, we cannot deliver to your address, or the product is unavailable. If we decline after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

8. Returns and cancellation

Returns, refunds, your statutory right to cancel, and warranty are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or copy its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Finch Comfort or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings there.
