1. Who we are

2. Your rights

These terms apply to use of this website and purchases through it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer law.

3. Products and fulfilment

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours can vary slightly because of screens, lighting and production batches, and sizing measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

We work with third-party sourcing and fulfilment partners. Some products may be dispatched directly from an international fulfilment location. HG DISTRIBUTORS LIMITED remains your seller and your statutory rights are against us.

4. Prices and payment

The product price and any delivery charge payable to us are shown before you place your order. Payment is taken using the options offered at checkout. We may change prices for future orders.

5. Orders

Completing checkout is an offer to buy. We will send an electronic acknowledgement. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, delivery is unavailable or stock cannot be obtained. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.

6. Delivery

Delivery destinations and typical timings are set out on our Delivery & Shipping page. Standard shipping is currently free to supported destinations shown at checkout. Orders may be split into separate parcels. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days.

7. Returns and faulty goods

Our Returns & Exchanges page explains our 30-day voluntary return window and statutory cancellation rights. Faulty, damaged, incorrect and misdescribed goods are handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

8. Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and refund the affected amount if we cannot supply it.

9. Promotions

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to any conditions displayed with the offer. Promotional pricing and eligibility will be presented transparently and, unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined or applied retrospectively.

10. Intellectual property

The THORNEFORD name, branding and original website content owned by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product imagery and other material may also be used under permission or licence from suppliers or other rights holders.

11. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the UK may also have mandatory rights under the law where they live and may be entitled to use their local courts.
